Returning Mothers Motivational Workshops
From an Employer's point of view, it is difficult to assess whether a woman is likely to return to work at all, after having children. As a result, there are problems with forward planning, accommodating temporary staff and establishing what extra support is needed to encourage skilled employees back to work.
Many women returning to work can lack confidence. They may also have re-assessed their priorities at what is one of the most life changing moments for any working woman.
We work, on behalf of employers, with groups of women who are on maternity leave. We bring them together to assess their current situation and explore:
reassessment of life situations and priorities
goal setting and making small steps towards each goal
establishing a sense of purpose
positive thinking and motivation techniques
effective work/life balance
We have two workshop options which are flexible to fit with your organisation and have the opportunity to be enhanced with specific modules.
