We represent a group of forward thinking associates who specialise in advising and empowering people in later life. The basic programme is run by Janet Harrison from Creative Academy and Liz Faye from Palm Financial care. We aim to give encouragement and positive re-direction to individuals, which will make them less fearful of their future and better able to plan ahead.

Life Audit - Redundancy
Having to make redundancies is a stressful task for management and HR departments as well as for those who lose their jobs. This is particularly true for people over 50 who may have fewer opportunities, despite a broader skill set.
We offer an extended version of our Life Audit programme to groups of employees facing this situation. A pro-active and positive approach which can form part of their overall redundancy package. Please ask us for the full details.
